🙌 Keep Cross Court Going This Summer
We know there are more places to play pickleball as the weather warms up—but we hope you’ll continue to play with us at Cross Court throughout the summer.
We exist because of your support, and indoor pickleball only works if we have a strong, year-round community. By keeping a weekly game on the schedule at one of our locations, you help ensure that Cross Court can keep running all year long.

🏆 Team Tournament in Support of Dartmouth General Hospital
This will be an MiLP Style tournament – sign up as a team of 4 (2 males, 2 females). All four players must register. Once registered, we will contact you and add your team to your division's roster.
Location: Cross Court Dartmouth
Dates: July 25th – 27th

University Alumni (all ratings; same school affiliation required)
DUPR 12 Max

DUPR 18 Min (avg 4.5+)
Example: DUPR 12 Max = team DUPR total cannot exceed 12 (avg 3.0/player). Ratings will be locked at time of registration.

This Week’s Tip: Improving Knee Stability for Pickleball Players
Stable knees help prevent injuries and improve quick movements. Try these exercises:
Single-Leg Sit-to-Stand: Sit in a chair and stand up using only one leg. Lower back down with control. Do 8-10 reps per leg.
Lateral Band Walks: Place a resistance band around your legs above your knees. Step sideways, keeping tension on the band. Walk 10 steps in each direction.
