šTake it Further:Ā Build your endurance safely with personalized guidance from Spring Physiotherapy. Book aĀ Fit For Life AssessmentĀ by calling 902-453-1525 extension 2 or emailingĀ admin@springphysio.ca.
Reminders:
Subs for Leagues
If you are subbing for a league, please make sure to:
ā Change your name on the Swish app (on the tablet) before you start playing.
š« You cannot change it after you start your match.
This small step saves us a lot of timeĀ and ensures that scores donāt get uploaded to the wrong player.
Thank you for helping keep our league records accurate and running smoothly!
The 3-Minute Rule
šØ Please remember to get off the court 3 minutes before the next booking.Ā This allows the next players to get set up without delay. Even if not all courts are booked, always follow this rule.
Donāt wait until the next group asks you to leaveāitās uncomfortable for them and disruptive for everyone. Letās be proactive and respectful of each otherās time on the court!
No Wet Shoes on the Courts
āļø Itās snow and slush season!Ā To keep our courts in top condition:
ā Change into indoor shoes upon arrival.
ā Always wear clean and dry sneakers on the court.
ā Leave all wet footwear and apparel in the seating area.
This is a year-round rule, but itās especially important in winter! Thanks for helping keep Cross Court safe and clean for everyone.
Keep your paddles up and your spirits higher! See you on the courts :)
