Fall league requests below!

Important Form for All Members

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the best experience for all our members, we would like to know which leagues and dropins you would like to see this fall. Please take a moment to fill out the following form. Remember only select items you intend to play in. Leagues and drops ins that do not perform will be removed from the schedule.

Community Care Reminder

Our community continues to thrive because of the cooperative spirit of our members. As we grow, it's essential that we all work together to maintain the quality and enjoyment of our facilities. Here are some guidelines to ensure everyone has a positive experience:

  • Always ask if you're unsure about a rule.

  • Leave your pets at home.

  • Do not move the furniture.

  • No food or drink other than water on the courts.

  • Clean up after yourself

  • Finish playing at least three minutes before your session ends to allow for smooth transitions.

Things continue to operate well thanks to everyone's efforts, but we all need to work together to keep it that way.

Key Fobs by Request

Key fobs are available by request for those who prefer a personal fob over using the access code and lockbox. Your first key fob is free; replacements are $15 plus tax.

Skills and Drills Sessions

Don't miss our Skills and Drills sessions available at both locations. Perfect your techniques and enjoy engaging with the community.

Stay Fit and Injury-Free with Spring Physiotherapy

This Week's Physio Tip: Recovery Techniques for Pickleball Players

Proper recovery is essential for maintaining performance and preventing injuries. Here are two simple techniques every player should know:

  1. Foam Rolling: Use a foam roller to gently massage your muscles after playing. Focus on your legs, back, and shoulders. Spend about 1-2 minutes on each muscle group.

  2. Stretching: Dedicate 5-10 minutes after your game to stretch all major muscle groups. Hold each stretch for at least 20 seconds, especially focusing on areas that feel particularly tight.

New Service Alert: Spring Physiotherapy now offers massage therapy services! Whether you're looking to recover from an intense match or simply need some relaxation, our experienced therapists are here to help.

Thank you for being an integral part of our community. Your participation and feedback help us continue to improve and offer the best possible pickleball experience.

Thanks to everyone who spent national Pickleball Day with us. Heres to many more!

Yours in Pickleball,

Steve and Deanna
