⏳10-Minute Rule for Leagues

The technology we use to generate league schedules does not accomodate late arrivals. Once the league has started the round robin no further edits to the schedule can be made without disrupting the game format flow and deleting all scores previously entered.

To ensure leagues run smoothly, we’re introducing a 10-minute rule:

  • 🚨 If you are going to be 10 minutes late for your league, do not come.

  • ⏳ If someone in your league is late, wait 10 minutes before removing them from the schedule on Swish.

Thanks for your cooperation in keeping leagues organized and enjoyable!

Stay Fit and Injury-Free with Spring Physiotherapy

This Week's Tip: Enhancing Hand-Eye Coordination for Pickleball Players

Sharp hand-eye coordination is essential for quick reactions. Try these drills:

  • Ball Toss Against a Wall: Stand 6 feet away from a sturdy wall and toss a tennis ball against it, catching it with one hand. Alternate hands. Do this for 2 minutes.

  • Racket Taps: Hold your pickleball paddle and bounce a ball on the face of the paddle as many times as you can without dropping it. Switch to your other hand and repeat.

Visit Spring Physiotherapy for exercises tailored to improve your coordination and overall performance. Call 902-453-1525 extension 2 or email admin@springphysio.ca to book an appointment.

See you on the courts—where the dinks have pressure, the volleys are sharp, and the fun never stops!
