Ladder League Reminders
We love how popular our ladder leagues have become! They’re a great way to get competitive games at your skill level while providing a tangible goal to keep improving and climb the ladder.
Reminder: To ensure accurate DUPR score entry, please:
Use full names, written legibly.
Ensure your name matches your DUPR account.
When getting a sub confirm they are a Cross Court member and/or have a DUPR account
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot chase down missing information due to the number of leagues and participants we manage. Help us help you by making sure your game sheets are clear and complete!

Stay Fit and Injury-Free with Spring Physiotherapy
This Week's Tip: Preventing Wrist Injuries for Pickleball Players
Wrist strength and flexibility are essential for control and power during play. Here are two simple exercises:
Wrist Curls: Hold a light dumbbell or water bottle in one hand, palm facing up. Rest your forearm on a table or your knee and curl your wrist upward. Slowly lower it back down. Do 15 repetitions on each wrist.
Wrist Extensions: Similar to wrist curls, but with your palm facing downward. Lift the back of your hand toward the ceiling and lower it slowly. Do 15 repetitions on each wrist.
If you're having trouble with your wrist(s), a physiotherapist can help you figure out how to get back to playing comfortably. Book your appointment by emailing admin@springphysio.ca or calling 902-453-1525 extension 2.
Have a wonderful week and may all your serves be greasy!
-Steve & Deanna :)
