📢 Facility Reminders
Door Etiquette
Please do not bang on the door when you arrive. If you invite non-members for a court booking, meet them at the door and have them call or text you when they arrive. It is disruptive for other members to hear banging and be expected to let others in.
Additionally, never prop open the door. This is a security risk. Even if it seems convenient, it sets a precedent that others may follow.
Parking Reminder
Please do not park directly in front of the door at either location. It is a fire hazard. Leave a clear walkway for access to the facility. Thank you for helping keep our facilities safe!

This Week's Tip: Supporting Knee Health for Pickleball Players
Your knees endure a lot during pickleball. Focus on gentle movements to build strength and support joint health:
Heel Slides: Lie on your back with one leg extended and the other bent. Slowly slide your heel toward your buttocks, then extend it back out. Repeat 15 times per leg.
Mini Squats: Hold onto a sturdy surface for support. Bend your knees slightly as if sitting down just a few inches. Straighten back up. Do 10-12 repetitions.
