July 25, 2025 - MiLP Tournament Weekend in Support of Dartmouth General Hospital!

We’re excited to announce that on the weekend of July 25, 2025, we will be hosting a MiLP tournament in support of the Dartmouth General Hospital!

We’re adding a fun new twist—this MiLP tournament gives you the chance to enter as a University Alumni Team!

PLUS, we’re planning to run a CNPL Pro Qualifier as part of the weekend! This will be the first-ever Pro Qualifier held in Atlantic Canada!

Don’t miss out on a weekend full of exciting pickleball action while supporting a great cause! 🎉

This Week's Tip: Protecting Your Lower Back for Pickleball Players

A strong, flexible back helps prevent strain during play. Try these exercises:

  • Cat-Cow Stretch: On your hands and knees, arch your back upward (Cat) and then lower it while lifting your head and tailbone (Cow). Repeat 10 times.

  • Bird Dog: On hands and knees, extend one arm and the opposite leg, keeping your back stable. Hold for 5 seconds, then switch sides. Repeat 10 times per side. (Watch Maggie's demonstration here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnA7JsTo8xw)
