Hello Fall, Hello Pickleball!

The leaves are changing, but the energy on our courts is just heating up. From leagues to drop-ins, clinics to socials, there’s no better season to sharpen your game and connect with our amazing pickleball community.

The fall leagues are underway and they’re already packed with great rallies and laughs. Whether you’re in Dartmouth or Bedford, here’s what’s coming up this week:

All league scheduling runs through the Swish App (also available on tablets at CrossCourt). Don’t forget to check match times & arrive 10–15 mins early! If you are not able to make a league that you’ve signed up for, it is your responsibly to find a sub. Please ensure that all subs are Crosscourt Members and meet the DUPR requirements for the leagues they’re going to play.

This Week’s Tip: Strengthening Your Calves for Pickleball Players


Strong calves support explosive movements and reduce strain on your knees and ankles. Try these exercises:


Calf Raises: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Rise onto your toes slowly, hold for 1 second, then lower back down. Do 15 repetitions.


Seated Toe Lifts: While seated, lift your toes off the floor while keeping your heels planted. Hold for 2 seconds, lower, and repeat 15 times.
