Stay Fit and Injury-Free with Spring Physiotherapy!
This Week's Tip: Strengthening Your Knees for Pickleball Players
Strong knees can improve your stability and reduce the risk of injuries on the court. Here are some simple exercises you can try:
Wall Sits: Stand with your back against a wall and slide down until your thighs are parallel to the floor, as if sitting on an invisible chair. Hold for 20 seconds and repeat 3 times.
Step-Downs: Stand on a step or platform with one foot. Slowly lower the opposite foot to the ground, keeping your balance. Return to the starting position. Do 10 repetitions per leg.
You can book an appointment with Spring Physiotherapy by calling 902-453-1525 ext. 2.
