Summer DUPR League Update
Our Summer DUPR is in full swing, and we're excited to announce that our end-of-summer tournament will take place on September 21st in Dartmouth. We'll be using outdoor balls for the tournament, so feel free to practice with them during your summer sessions. Anyone who has completed at least three matches in the Summer DUPR will be granted free entry, while all others will pay the regular fees. Remember to submit your scores using the form below after each game to keep your records up-to-date.
League Etiquette Reminder
If you sign up for a league, you are responsible for finding your own substitutes if you can't attend a session. The Facebook group is an excellent resource for finding subs. Failing to show up without arranging a sub not only disrupts the game for others but also impacts the overall success of the league and our community. Regular no-shows may face restrictions on joining future leagues.
Key Fob Access by Request
Key fobs are now available by request for regular players who prefer having their own fob instead of using the access code and lockbox. A member's first key fob is free. Lost fobs can be replaced for $15 plus tax. If you need a key fob, please fill out this form to request yours.

This Week's Tip: Warm-Up Exercises for Pickleball Players
Warming up before your game is crucial to prevent injuries and enhance your performance. Here are two simple exercises you can incorporate:
Arm Circles: Stand with arms extended to the sides and make small circles, gradually increasing in size. Continue for 30 seconds, then reverse direction.
Leg Swings: Hold onto a wall for support and swing one leg forward and backward. Perform 15 swings on each leg.
