🏅 Team Tournament in Support of Dartmouth General Hospital
This will be an MiLP Style tournament – sign up as a team of 4 (2 males, 2 females). All four players must register. Once registered, we will contact you and add your team to your division's roster.
🚨 TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION REMINDER: To hold your team’s spot, at least 1 player from each team must be registered by the end of the month. As of July 1st, we will begin amalgamating or expanding divisions based on registration numbers. If you’ve started the process, make sure your teammates also get registered. We’ll be posting the division list as spots fill.

📌 Example: DUPR 12 Max = team DUPR total cannot exceed 12 (avg 3.0/player). Ratings will be locked at time of registration.

This Week’s Tip: Strengthening Your Hamstrings for Pickleball Players
Strong hamstrings help prevent strains and improve movement. Try these exercises:
Hamstring Curls: Stand tall and slowly bring one heel toward your glutes. Lower back down. Do 15 repetitions per leg. If that is too easy, try adding some ankle weights!
Bridge Walkouts: Start in a bridge position with hips lifted. Slowly walk your feet forward a few inches, then back. Repeat 10 times.
