🚫 Scent Awareness Reminder
We are a scent-aware facility, and we’ve recently had some concerns about individuals wearing strong scents. Please be mindful that some of your fellow members are very sensitive to scents, which can affect their ability to enjoy their time on court. We kindly ask that you do not wear any perfumes, colognes, or scented products when attending Cross Court. Let’s keep the courts fun, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone!

📊 DUPR Reminder
Our goal at Cross Court is to help players find the best games at their level! To do that, it’s crucial that everyone signs up for sessions appropriate to their DUPR rating.
Please play within your level and avoid moving up or down prematurely. This helps ensure competitive, fun, and balanced games for everyone, while supporting your development as a player!
Stay Fit and Injury-Free with Spring Physiotherapy
This Week's Tip: Boosting Agility for Pickleball Players
Agility is key for quick, efficient movement on the court. Here are two drills to improve yours:
Line Jumps: Draw a line on the floor and jump side to side over it. Do this for 30 seconds, then rest for 30-45 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
Box Drill: Set up 4 cones in a square. Sprint to the first cone, shuffle to the second, backpedal to the third, and side shuffle to the fourth. Repeat 5 times. Rest for 30 seconds when needed.
Improve your agility and overall performance with tailored programs at Spring Physiotherapy. Book a Fit For Life Assessment by calling 902-453-1525 extension 2 or emailing admin@springphysio.ca.
