Transitioning to Swish for Drop-In Bookings
Based on recent poll results, our members have expressed a preference for using the Swish app over MindBody for booking drop-ins, citing the ease of use and convenience of having a single system. To simplify our booking process and reduce confusion, we are planning to transition to Swish as our primary platform for all drop-in activities.
In preparation for this change, we recommend downloading the Swish app and becoming familiar with its features. If you're concerned about navigating new technology, don't worry! We'll ensure there are options available for everyone to continue participating with ease.
Here are the drop-ins for this week! Some are on Swish, while others are available on Mind Body. Your Crosscourt account will be charged the day before your session, but you can cancel without any fees up until that time.

Stay Fit and Injury-Free with Spring Physiotherapy!
This Week's Tip: Flexibility Exercises for Pickleball Players
Improving your flexibility can enhance your performance and prevent injuries. Here are two exercises recommended by our physiotherapists:
Hamstring Stretch: Sit on the ground with one leg extended and the other bent. Reach towards your toes on the extended leg, keeping your back straight. Hold for 20 seconds and switch legs. Watch this variation by our physiotherapist: YouTube Stretch Link
Shoulder Stretch: Bring one arm across your chest and use the other arm to gently pull it closer to your body. Hold for 20 seconds and switch arms.
Boost your overall pickleball performance by joining Heather MacAulay at Spring Physiotherapy every Wednesday morning from 9:15 am to 9:45 am for a complimentary Pickleball Fitness Class. Secure your spot by emailing admin@springphysio.ca or calling 902-453-1525 extension 2.
