Stay Fit and Injury-Free with Spring Physiotherapy

This Week's Tip: Boosting Flexibility for Pickleball Players

Improved flexibility helps you move freely and reduce injury risk on the court. Try these simple stretches:

  1. Seated Forward Fold: Sit on the ground with your legs extended straight. Reach forward toward your toes, keeping your back straight. Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat twice.

  2. Standing Quad Stretch: Stand tall, bend one knee, and grab your ankle behind you. Pull gently until you feel a stretch in your thigh. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch sides.

Exciting News from Spring Physiotherapy!

Spring Physiotherapy is now offering expanded hours to better serve the community!

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This update means even more flexibility to fit busy schedules, so whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to stay at the top of your game, Spring Physiotherapy is here to help you.

Help Physio Clients with Mobility Issues

Because we share space with Spring Physiotherapy, we ask that whenever possible, you leave the parking spaces closest to the building for those who may have mobility challenges. However, if the parking lot is full and no other spaces are available, you are welcome to use these spots. Thank you for your understanding and kindness.
