Good clubs stay strong because players keep showing up.
Some days you play amazing. Some days your resets go everywhere except the kitchen.
Either way, every game helps you improve.
Thanks for continuing to support Cross Court this summer, whether you’re here for leagues, drop-ins, drills, or just some fun games with great people.
Now let’s get into what’s happening this week
COURT MAINTENANCE REMINDER
A quick reminder that we’ll be completing court touch-ups and resurfacing work at both Cross Court facilities from May 20–22 as part of our ongoing efforts to keep the courts in great playing condition.
While we’ll do our best to minimize disruptions, some court bookings and programs may be affected during this time. If your reservation is impacted in any way, our team will reach out to you directly as soon as possible with updates.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make these improvements for our community.
League Play Is Officially Underway
It’s been awesome watching players settle in each week, build chemistry with new partners, and grow more confident on the court.
One of the best things about league play is how quickly it helps your game evolve. The competition pushes you to think smarter, adjust faster, and improve in ways casual play often can’t.
Week by week, we’re already seeing players become more consistent, more strategic, and more comfortable in pressure situations and we know that trend will only continue as the season goes on.

Skills & Drills
Sometimes improving your game takes more than just playing matches.
Games help you compete, but drilling is what helps you sharpen the details that actually change your level of play.
These sessions are designed to focus on the parts of the game that matter most, consistency, footwork, shot selection, transition play, positioning, and building confidence through quality reps.
It’s all about slowing the game down, working with purpose, and turning small adjustments into noticeable improvements on the court.
Current sessions:
Bedford – Tuesdays at 5:00 PM
Dartmouth – Wednesdays at 9:00 AM
If you’re serious about improving, don’t skip this.
INTRO CLASSES
Every pickleball player starts somewhere, and our Intro to Pickleball classes are designed to make those first steps fun, welcoming, and easy to follow.
Whether you’re brand new to the sport or still getting comfortable with the basics, these sessions are a great way to learn in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment.
We’ll go over the rules, scoring, court positioning, and foundational shots, then get you playing as quickly as possible so you can start building confidence on the court.
No equipment? No problem. Paddles and balls are provided, just sign up and come ready to have fun.
Bedford – Mondays 7:00–9:00 PM
Dartmouth – Thursdays 7:00–9:00 PM (bi-weekly) Next session: June 4

MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION REMINDER
With so many players joining leagues, drop-ins, and weekly programs lately, we wanted to send out a quick reminder about how participation works at Cross Court.
An active membership is required for all organized programming, including leagues, drop-ins, Skills & Drills, intro sessions, and events.
We also ask that all players reserve their spot ahead of time through their account before coming to the facility. Showing up without registering can create issues with capacity, session planning, and player rotations, especially as many programs are now reaching full capacity.
Pre-registration helps us create the best possible experience for everyone on court and ensures sessions stay balanced, organized, and fair for all players involved.
We really appreciate everyone’s cooperation and continued support as our community keeps growing. Thank you to all the players who continue to show up, improve, compete, and make Cross Court such an awesome place to play.
See you on court soon.
